Water Resources In Urban Areas

Concentrated human activities often are a source of increased water pollution. Compared to other land areas, urban areas with it's hard surfaces, provides an easy avenue for large quantities of contaminates from homes and businesses to find it's way to water sources. Each person contributes to the pollution and has in their control actions that can reduce the problem. This show discusses some of these Non-Point Source Pollution (NPS) sources and ways to reduce the problem.
