The Shawnee County Conservation District Offers items for lend/rent primarily within Shawnee County, Kansas.  There are exceptions like individual has land in Shawnee County and in an adjoining county.  In those cases, if the piece of equipment is available and follows the priority list of availability, then the item can be used.
